Okay..well, im new around here..and I have a question about Anavar. I never heard nor seen it until I checked out some message boards./...was wondering what the side effects were for women..etc.
I would definitely be interested in dropping some body fat...so what do i need to expect if i were to start anavar?

Hi fitchickpa welcome to steroids.reviews! Just do a search on this site for Anavar. I know some of the girls here were discussing it about a month ago or so. They provided some great info about it. I've never done it so I'm sorry I can't help.

Hey..thanks patience. Powerlifting, eh? What is your max? interesting.....
My beau is a powerlifter...bench and deadlift.....im jealous because he gets to eat all the time!

well the first thing I have to tell you is that Anavar and any AS is not the magic pill to losing we ight.....I'd rather see her doing early morning c ar dio, w/ a heart rate monitor, cut out the fruit, sugar, carbonated drinks, caffiene, bump up her water intake... low fat, no carbs after 4pm....protien, lots of veggies.....

however....if she's dead set on doing a cycle....here goes...

the first week 5mg of anavar ed
if she tolerates this well then 10mg the 2nd week.....then 15mg the 3rd week...and 20mg the 4th week....she can run this cycle for 10 weeks....any side affects at all...lower the dose...good thing about anavar...doesn't stay in the system long...

only problem Ihad w/ anavar was a couple of very nasty pimples...for a girl who never had acne even as a teenager...It was tramatic..but once I lowered the dose...all was fine...

virilization is unlikely....but watch out for d eepening of the voice, increased facial hair, clitoris enlargement (which can be deceiving as w/ as it increases the blood flow and the clitoris can become much more ummm swollen than usual....while on the cycle..but then goes back to pre cycle condition afterwards)

another warning.....use a back up birth control.....milk thistle 2x a day, cranberry extract pills 2x a day...glutamine 5mg 3x a day.....( to combat bad breath, changes in vaginal secretion/ordor, general body odor changes)

also when she comes off be PREPARED! You have been warned! after 10 weeks on as..her hormones are gonna be wacked out...and personally I was like a lunatic.......crying for no reason, neurotic over things I shouldn't be..edgy.....hide the knives kinda stuff...get my mea ning? I'm sure once she gets her period again after cycle she'll be fine then...that's what happened w/ me...was like miraculous...suddenly I was me again *smile*

ok now women are all different....she may/may not have her period while on the cycle...may just have spotting...may spot between periods....however USE BACK UP BIRTHCONTROL!!!!!!

Anavar's a great place to start if you want to try AAS. Cutieface's advice covers it all. Although I have to say that I have never heard anyone ever say to use a back up birth control before, and I've been around for a while. Does anyone else have any input on that?

Bottom line is that it is a waste of time if your diet and training aren't dead on. Anavar isn't going to help you pack on tons of lean body mass, but it will help you maintain while dieting, give you orgasmic pumps, and make your muscles harder than you ever thought possible.

Not everyone experiences the emotional roller coaster that cutieface describes either. I definitely was more aggressive, but didn't experience what she describes.

You may have some pimple (I did), some clit swelling/sensitivity, and you might have a slightly raspy voice. All will most likely be temporary.

Start low and slow, 2.5 mg/2 X a day. Then after 3-4 weeks, if no sides, bump up to 5 mg 2x a day. You can run it for a long time, you usually want to do at least 12 weeks.

Hey Fitchickpa- I will be competing in a comp in june. I will be in the 132 weight class. These are my goals for this comp:
Bench- 155
deadlift-300
There isn't a squat at this comp so I am really happy. I do all my lifts raw.

Unlike your beau I don't get to eat all the time. I eat very clean. Only high protein moderate carbs.

I have always been very active in gymnastic's, cheerleading, and kickboxing. The owner of the gym I was going to at the time asked me one day if I would consider training for a comp. He was a powelifter and set some national and world records. I gave it a shot and started training with him and my husband. I started in 1998 and did two comps. Then I took a break for 4years up until now. I went to college, got married, and had a baby. I just did a comp in april and will be doing one on june 28th in maryland. I really love doing it. The people at the comps are so supportive and really great.

Great post Dick *wink* wow that's got to be old.....LOL

I would adivise women to use a back up birth control if they are on the pill, the pill's hormonal doseages these days are very low and any AAS will effect a woman's hormonal levels....

I also don't have any ummm BC issues...and don't need it so...you know perfect I'm not
