Hey all,
What would you recommend for a girl looking to cross over for the first time?? presently 125lbs, apprx 14% body fat. i am pretty muscular and cut, but looking to maybe add a little size..................also, can you still compete if taking or have taken?

Anavar or Primo....i stacked them both and i loved them awesome gains both strength and muscle mass.

first off I would recommend nothing.....

it's my personal opinion that women should not use AAS unless they are competing or done having children.....that being said,

what type of workouts/training are you doing? you could possibly get the same results by adjusting your training tec hniques rather then going on a cycle.......you also asked about competing....fitness? BB? powerlifting?

thanx ladies,
PMS-- fat turtle has told me about you!!! *grin* said he has been bugging for your pics...............
rite now i fust finished competing in my firtst on sat(fitness) but i was looking at the bodybuilders, and was like "gee, not that far off for definition, but maybe use a little size" just wanted to hear about it a bit b4 ever deciding........my bf has used and said if i was interested............. gonna try some rearranging with routine b4 trying, heavier weights, different exercises........gonna cut out my cardio for a while, tend to lose alot of size..........

Thirdly,,,Fitt-Kitty I would suggest then that you cut back on the cardio only 2/3 times per week.....and bump up the lifting, heavier weights/lower rep sets.....

anavar is a great first cycle and you can't go wrong w/ it...start off w/ 5mg for 2 weeks then 10mg for 8-12 weeks.....now because anavar has a 1/2 life of approx 8-9 hours you want to split up your doseage and take 1/2 of your dose in the morning and the other 1/2 in the late afternoon/evening...you'll get great strength increases and be able to put on additional muscle...

make sure you're bumping up your protien intake, and are getting approx 1.5g to every lb.....eating at least 6x per day.....

drink plenty of water over 1 gallon perday, and you may want to add glutamine to your daily supplement list....as sometimes AAS causes changes in a woman's vaginal secretions and I've personally found that glutamine helps w/ a number of things so I live on the stuff

anything else you need just give a hollar

thanx PMS, trying the cutting back cardio, only gonna run a mile maybe 2ce a week, and definitely gonna do the heavier lifting...........killed my arms wednesday *grin* but loved it!! will def keep you posted............. i have been on glute for a year or so, and many other supp's...........
