Just wondering if anyone gets any flavourings to put in their bulk protein. I was thinking preferably sugar free, but anyhting will be better than nothing.

This is from an old post of mine.

for flavouring (if you're into chocolate) you seriously can't go past Nestle Alpen Blend 350g for about $2.50. I use 20-25g of it. It's a dark drinking choc powder and if you throw in 4-5 nutrasweet tabs, it tastes pretty awesome. Add in 1 tsp of peanut butter and it's like a liquid snickers bar.

(I use 200-350ml cold water and 4 ice cubes)

Works out to be about 15g of carbs from maltodexrin mainly.
In retrospect I think 4-5 nutrasweet tabs was getting a bit carried away. I use 3 now.

u can also use flavouring essence with skim milk + splenda. stay away from vanilla though, tastes like cough syrup!

Try almond essence + splenda + min amt of skim milk with calcium caseinate to get almond pudding....yummm

I just put a tablespoon of cottees diet topping (Safeway sells both choc and caramel) and 50 ml of milk. Tastes damn good.

Strawberries. Low in calories, high in fiber, high in taste. Years back I was bigtime overweight and I shed the pounds by feeding my sweettooth with them.
