Okay...take 5g 4Xdaily for the first 5 days(it's called the loading phase). After that, take 5g preworkout and 5g postworkout, a total of 10g. In addition to that, take 5g on nonworkout days, preferably in the morning.

I usually take about 3-5 grams 3 times a day. It also depends on how much you weigh. The 2 months on 2 months off thing most people I know don't ever stop taking creatine, although I usually buy about 600 grams and when that runs out I wait for awhile before I buy some more.

I think the best advice is to try and try again

most of the people i have talked with agree that the loading phase is a waste of creatine and money. if you want, take 5 grams creatine with 75 grams dextrose, and throw in some ALA post workout.

Creatine uptake is enhanced with a high GI carb. Something like dextrose, gator ade, etc. You could also add cromium and vanadyl sulfate which mimicks the action of insulin but not convinced it does any good.

dextrose (glucose) is a sugar that is used to replenish muscle glycogen. it is refined corn starch. most brewery stores should have, if you live in australia, the shipping price would be way too much from here in the states. you could also buy powerade powder if you can't find dextrose. the first ingredient is dextrose, followed by sucrose.

I agree with that 100%. What purpose could taking so much at once serve. I just start taking it twice a day and thats it. The stuff will get into your system just the same. All that extra will just get pissed away in my opinion.

if u want some dextrsoe go ot a store where u buy equipment ot make your own beer and wine. They will have dextrose there. THe more common name for dextrose is corn sugar.

Hey all, f'n new guy here to the fourm....
I have been using Cell-Tech for about 4 months now with great results. Much better than creatine and any type of fruit juice.
CellTech per serving is 10g of creatine, 75g of carbs. I drink that right after my workout. I drink it once every day for 6 weeks, than stop for a week, I have never done a "loading phase".

you can make your own cell tech and save a ton of money. plus, the ala in cell tech is worthless. better to get it in the caps, preferably glucorell-r

well, start off by buying some bulk dextrose. 1fast400 has it 2lbs for $2. or you could try a brewery store. then buy some plain creatine. you could also buy optimum's creatine/glutamine/taurine mix. it is $12.99 for 30 servings. then buy some ala caps. plain ala caps are pretty cheap and i highly doubt that muscletech puts r-ala in cell-tech anyway. if you got the extra dough get some r-ala, go to 1fast400 (15.00) and get theirs, or go to gotfina.com and buy their pur r-ala.
