for you guys that dont already know theres a couple of stores i regulary visit.both the stores have quite a variety of goodies & the owners are quite knowledgable about supps +training & nutrition + both are pretty cool guys.
they are both discount stores & their prices are hard to beat.
on the sth side its the supplement den in dennis rd springwood,&on; the nth side its marli sports supplements in bargo st arana hills.this should save you some $ on sups cause this is a expensive but satisfing sport we have chose where every dollar saved counts.cheers

Also guys there is a a great store on the sth side at Coorparoo. It's called M&M; Fitness. The guy down there is called Mark and has a range that is almost on par with Ada street WITH the same if not cheaper prices....
His address is Cnr of Chatsworth Rd & Eva street at Coorparoo. You can ring them on 38476577. And before you ask..YES he does have mail order. Usually same day delivery of order before 10am. That also includes the coast...
