Hi, my friend has a abswing, I had a go, gives no 'burn' whatsoever in the aba dabbers - (haha body by jake infomercials use to be so funny)
Almost as bad as those ab crunch things that stuck to your stomach, powered by battreies, that are now banned in Australia.
They don't look that bad. Depends though.. can you get some heavy resistance on em?
I slid down on the seat, but still no real burn. Resistance still not excellent, my back twitched a little too...
they make SHIT thats easy for you to use, all you are getting is a cardio workout, not an ab workout.
i guess it depends what you really want out of it
but i think like every other piece of shit they try to market 'its better than all the others "and they show you a bunch of machines they used to sell themselves and make them as useless LOL
