Is it safe to say for every 500mg test 0.25mg Arimidex is the best dosage..??of course everyone will react differently but as a good baseline....

Hi guys and girls
some of u rember the thread i posted a while back about my cyle but didnt start it coz i was kinda sick and want to make sure im 100% before i start

am going to start next monday my cycle looks somthing like this :

1-6:
800mg Testosterone Propionate , 600mg Nandrolone Phenylpropionate

week 7-8:
500mg Test Prop + 50mg winny ed

i also got some :
1-EQ should i use the eq at the beging of the cycle ? and keep the Nandrolone for the end ?

2-clen going to start 2 weeks on then 2 days on 2 days off from the beging of the cycel .

the reson am using the clen is to lower my bf%

wat you guys think ? i appreciate any help

Ok, first a little about me. I am 6ft 300lbs at about 25% fat coming off a three year layoff. did maybe 2-3 cycles in the past so not very experienced. I am looking to gain back my strength from before when I weighed 350+ which was 550+bench 700+squat 600+ deadlift. Right now I am at maybe 350-375 bench 500 squat and 450 deadlift. I have ordered a little Tren 2 carts and a whole 100 doses of Test Pro what would be the best way to take these to regain my strength as fast as possible? There is a Bench contest in about three months and the guy that has won it many times has never did over 450.

Just got back from the gym, weighed myself before I left.

I'm now 76 kilo's, started at 70.5. So I'm up 5.5 kilos in 2 weeks. These are my best gains to date.

well I am at my 4th week of my eq/prop cycle.....

I'm up 10 lbs, but checked my measurements and have done down about 1/2 inch on everything...so this is good.....

I thought I did great last week's leg day when I squatted 245 for 6 reps....but today I did it again for 10 reps then went and did 265 for 4 reps....

My strength is unbelievable.....I"m trying to train more w/ one of the guys in my gym to take advantage of how he pushes me....

and I generally feel good, sleeping better...I am eating more, and have spent most of this weekend preparing my meals for the upcoming week....

Tomorrow/today I starting w/eating bascially protien/green veggies carbs after tra ining.....and see how this works out.....for the next 8 weeks left of my cycle....

How should I cycle with my clomid and Nolvadex. I am running 6 weeks with the Tren. Running the test. for 10 weeks. T3 and Clen for two week on two week off. Winny for 10 weeks.

5'11, 220lbs

Previous cycles were composed of Tren, Dbol,masteron, Test. Cyp, Winny and T3 and Clen. This will be my third cycle.

Getting ready for the upcoming football season.

Suggestions and criticism welcome.

I am currently in my fifth week of 500mg/w of sust and I have heard about winny helping gyno with deca but how about the sust. I am starting to see signs of gyno (puffiness and sensitivity). I also am going to throw in wiiny starting on week 7 and running it until my post cycle clomid and I wanted to know if this would help prevent gyno. Thanks for your help. I Also have Nolvadex that should be here by friday until then i am trying to borrow some from a friend. I really don't want the gyno. I know I should have ordered the nolva immediatley, damn it. I geuss you live and you learn.

Nolvadex during a dbol-only cycle?

After reading thousands of posts and a few books on steroids, alot op peeps recommend using Nolvadex during there Dbol-cycle, it will keep water-retention away and only diminsh gains by 5%, besides the nolva they recommend tappering up and down. It will be some time before I will take my first cycle, which will consist of russian dbol (akpuxuh), the scheme I would use is the following:
week 1 : 20 mg dbol + 1 tab nolva e/d
week 2 : 25 mg dbol + 1 tab nolva e/d
week 3: _30 mg dbol + 1 tab nolva e/d
week 4: _30 mg dbol + 1 tab nolva e/d
week 5: _25 mg dbol + 1 tab nolva e/d
week 6: _20 mg dbol + 1 tab nolva e/d
A few days 10 e/d, post-cycle with clomid
The questions I have is:
First of all, I picked these dosages, coz I'm extremely senstive to meds, and since this is my first cycle my receptors will still be fresh. I know injecting is better, but before I start pickin a needle in my butt, I wanna know how I react to steroids.The amount of nolvadex am abit in the dark over, should I take 1 tab or half a tab e/d?
Please, no flammin about dbol-only not working etc, and I would appreciate a serious answer from either the pro's or amateurs who have actually done this.

cutting cycle advise

I've been away training really hard and im back in need of a little help with a cutting cycle, this is what i put together and would appreciate any suggestions (your never to old to learn more)

EQ........200mg/ml... 3cc's per week for 14 weeks
Test Prop..........100mg/ml 1cc EOD for 14 weeks
Stanazol Inj.......100mg/ml 1/2cc's EOD for 14 weeks
Anavar .............5mg/ml..... 25mg per day for last 7 weeks
HCG...............1000iu/ml eod at week 15-16
Test Susp............100mg/ml 1cc ED for first 5 weeks
tren..................75mg/ml 1cc EOD for first 7 weeks

and clomids 2 perday for week15 and 1 per day for weeks 16-17

im 205lbs 5'9 with 12%bf im 8 weeks out of my last cycle(bulking)

thigh injections how good is absorbtion?

So when shooting in the thigh,,how well do u absorb the drug and what would be the best depth???1" or 1.5" deep?????I shoot the thigh but i am leary on how good it really is...
