I have a number of sources but have gotten mixed reviews as well as different results from differing vendors such as kappa or Kapla I forget. 7labs which seems to be legit. Balkan which is up in the air. Same with genetic. Brit Dragon which seems the best from reviews. Also gotten from a 3rd party vendor roid-seeker and they have all these and more and some were verified but I am not convinced that they are forged. Please let me know your experience and what I should know and which to stay far away from. Thank you I'd greatly appreciate any helpful info

Alternate Syno Conversion help

Has any brave soul done a syno conversion using lye (NaOH). Anybody even think of it. I'm just a dumbass BB but I kow a liitle about this and maybe some other dumbass BB knows alittle something and we can put Dumbass ideas together to make some really heavy Test. Anybody...Any input will be appreciated

Is it safe to say for every 500mg test 0.25mg Arimidex is the best dosage..??of course everyone will react differently but as a good baseline....

Just wanted to thank all those who patiently responded and listened to me umming and arring over whether to use prop, what about this , what about that, etc etc...(special mention to Ads ,S2k,Ausmo)
well the decision has been made

Week 1-4 Dbol @30 mg ed
Week 1-2 EQ@800 mg pw
Week 1-2 Enth@750mh pw
Week 3-12 EQ@600 mg pw and Enth@500 mg pw
Week 13-16 Tren@50 mg ed
Week 13-16 Prop@75 mg ed

I have dieted down over the last couple of months from 16% BF to 10% @ 88 kgs so now its no more cardio just balls to the wall training eating and sleeping...
My last "cycle" was "rudely" interupted at the 5 week mark which bought an end to it and that was my first in over 12 years so really hope to make the most of this 1 and get some really good gains.....Thanks again

I am new to this. Always used mexi and euro gear. I was wondering, is this easier and safer than just getting regular gear? Also, what is the cost difference. I am not a newbie so please no bashing.

Anyone tried this? Have done search, but nothing recent came up.
Have heard the whey is harsh, but they list the casein as bland, and was looking for some to add to my optimum whey. Bland doesn't worry me, bitter does!

Would I be able to dilute this in another solution to make measurements a bit easier???

I will have to be measuring .04mL, none of the chemists near me stock 1mL syringes, I was thinking of just using an insulin pin and breaking the needle off, any suggestions?

I have deca powder and it calls for BA and BB. However, i just ordered from ********* and all they have is BA. Can I convert this powder without using BB?

It got me thinking how important sleep is to a bodybuilder. I usually get 8 hours of sleep per night, sometimes more, sometimes less, but an average of 8 is the norm.

I get up Monday - Friday at 6.30am and hit the sack again at 10.30pm.

On the weekend's I'll sleep in later but usually because I go to bed later also.

So basically, I am awake for 16hours and asleep for 8 hours generally.

Is this enough sleep? Should I be getting more?

What time do you get up/go to bed?

animal sells sterile usp ba and bb , where as vials and crimpers only says usp grade , how does one sterilze the solvent ,

or is that done with thre filtering through the .45um 25 mm filter.

is vial and crimpers good to go , for the $ on th esolvents bow everybody away,,,,,,,vac want $5 for either 50ml of bb or ba , where most others want $40 + for the same amount.
