I think I am going to have to get this done in the future.

What did it look like before you decided that you needed them done? Were they sore?

My right nip is a little swollen on the right, but there's no hard lump or soreness?

Congrats mate

Had mine done in 1992 (old bugger) and never looked back.

No more worrying about the gyno and reaching for the anti-e every time you look at a bottle of test

Mr Aust92 Did they ever come back????????

I must have been one of the lucky ones as I never had a problem with them (and just quietly I was what could have been classed as a 'HEAVY' user)

Interesting I suppose some people are more susceptable than others.

I sometimes get a little bit of tendernes and swelling but as soon as I go off they go away. I must be lucky also but I haven't delved into any heavy use as yet. Not sure if I ever will.

I had a mate who had his out and he sometimes gets them back a little. Never like before but they bother him sometimes. I'm assuming he didn't get the whole gland out.

Mate

They never came back although on a heavy cycle they might get slightly itchy. I should point out that heavy for me is in the region of 1000 to 1500 mg PW.

I reckon that makes me a "medium" user rather than a "heavy user" (other may have a different view).

I am doing a bit of cycle theory research at the moment and may try a different approach when I commence using again. (been "off" for 18 months now but organising myself to cross back to the dark side quite soon...)

Either way, it was enough to get the job done when coupled with hard training and an intelligent diet.
