I am looking to go on a cycle, this is not my first. But I was thinking about insulin 10 ius a day, thyroid, and sus. How much sus a week should I use? It’s been a while since I juiced. I was thinking 250 to 500 a week. If anyone has any suggestions I am very opened minded with this cycle.
