Here is the next cycle I'm going to do. I just wanted to post it and see what people have to say about it. The cycle is indended to be a good mass builder, relatively low side effects, and a good hardener. The tapering of dosages have less to do with thinking it's a good idea and more to do with making everything work out right with the supply I'm going to buy. I wouldn't want to buy another 10ml of something when I only need 2ml.
I'm using both kinds of winny because I don't like to take shots ED or EOD. I figure the chemistry is the same so I will take a shot every few days and the pills on the off days. People say the shots are better, so I should be doing alright with this. Plus, this allows me to take a higher overall weekly dose, taper off the pills, and take it easy on my liver.
This is my fourth cycle. I'm 29/5'11"/225/10%...

those doses are way too low for ur 4th cycle

ur test needs to be at least 600mg/week

tapering is useless
pick a dose for each including winny and run it at that

clomid is taken 3 weeks after last shot

next 10 days: 100mgs/ed
next 10 days 50mg/ed

agree with everything stivard said-except if you didn't use test in all you first four cycles, then you might be okay with 500mg per week.

don't taper deca or sust, deca for at least 12 weeks, takes about 4-5 weeks to kick in.. won't need hcg and if you take it post cycle run an anti e with it too.. start clomid 3 weeks afer last shot of deca..
run deca 400mg/wk wk 1-12
sust 500mg/wk wk 1-12
winny 50mg/ed wk 7-15 (oral or depot)
clomid 3-4 weeks starting day after last winny..
