Cycle Update

well I am at my 4th week of my eq/prop cycle.....I'm up 10 lbs, but checked my measurements and have done down about 1/2 inch on everything...so this is good.....I thought I did great last week's leg day when I squatted 245 for 6 reps....but today I did it again for 10 reps then went and did 265 for 4 reps....My strength is unbelievable.....I"m trying to train more w/ one of the guys in my gym to take advantage of how he pushes me....and I generally feel good, sleeping better...I am eating more, and have spent most of this weekend preparing my meals for the upcoming week....Tomorrow/today I starting w/eating bascially protien/green veggies carbs after tra ining.....and see how this works out.....for the next 8 weeks left of my cycle....Cutie
