Hey ironman, I wish I had gained 70 lbs.... its only been 25 lbs in 2 1/2 years.... I dont know if thats good or not. It seems like I did a pretty goo...

Thanks guys... when I started training, I was only about 140lbs, so this is the heaviest I've been and hope to continue putting on solid muscle weight...
