some diet advice plz
hi guys and girls,
i wanna start dieting soon im 105kg's around 21%bf.
wat do you think of this diet :
total for the day: 2169 cals
i will be havin 30g of complex carbs at breakfast and 30g of dextrose after my workout, also ill be traning 4 days a week and doing cardio 6days 40-45min each time.
wat you think guys any think i should change in the diet ?
Keep the cardio low intensity, aiming at 60-70% max HR

Also should have asked or suggested you get most of your fat calories from fish and flax oil, keep the saturated to a minimum, cut all visible fat from your meat.
Btw what complex carbs are you having for breakfast, Cant beat oats imho, sprinkled with splenda right way to start the day
oats are the best
