i use mate....... it is bland but i mix it with wpc which is flavoured b4 bed and tastes and mixes well

i also use myopures 17% hydro for post workout,,now thats fowl but its good for them little muscles

i use it 50/50 with their WPI before bed, a little bit of quik and all is good, their WPI is fine, there hydro WPI is the bitter 1

It's fine and I am liking their stuff.

I think this is a mob worth supporting, also. their turnaround was very fast, their products seem to match up to some other stuff I've had and was told they were top of the line, and it lets you do some customisation.

The only thing I don't like is there does't seem to be a discount for bulk, yet anyway. IronMike

Will give it a try, find optimum too strong flavor, so some bland caseinate will go nicely.
Bought a kg of egg protein from vital strength a week ago and have yet to build up the courage ot taste it, the smell is bad enough!

get the BALANCE eggwhite albium(sp) not too bad ., slight smell but neutral flavour

I`m using them both and don`t mind the blandness at all .I just add water and chug away.
The price`s aren`t bad for what you get,
the Calcium Caseinate is $28 a kg and 96.4grams of Protein per 100grams.And the MF Whey Protein Isolate is $38/kg and 93.19grams per 100grams.
I take the Caesinate in the morning and thought out the day,and the WPI straight after training and an hour later as well.
The turn around is extremely fast ,I just call or email John and i have it the very next day.
